Ingredients:
i. 4 medium
potatoes
ii. 3 carrots
(medium)
iii. 200g diced
cooked gammon or chicken breast
iv. 200g canned
green peas
v. drained 200g
mayonnaise
vi. 4
hard-boiled eggs
vii. 1 big onion,
finely chopped
viii. 4-5
pickles, diced
ix. Season with
salt and pepper to taste.
x. Garnish with
fresh dill or parsley (optional).
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil
the potatoes and carrots until soft.
2. Allow to cool
before slicing into tiny pieces.
3. Combine the
chopped potatoes carrots, ham or chicken, eggs, onion, pickles, and green peas
in a large mixing dish.
4. Mix in the
mayonnaise until all of the ingredients are evenly covered.
5. Season with
salt and pepper, to taste.
6. Transfer the
salad to a serving dish and, if wanted, sprinkle with fresh dill or parsley.
7. Refrigerate
