i. 4 fillets of salmon

vi. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

Instructions:

 

i. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

ii. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray and drizzle with half a lemon juice.

iii. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

iv. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the salmon fillets evenly.

xii. (Serving) cooked rice or noodles

 

Instructions:

 

i. In a small mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, corn flour, and water. Place aside.

ii. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

iii. Stir-fry the sliced onion in the pan for 2-3 minutes, or until it begins to soften.

iv. Continue to stir-fry the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms in the pan for 3-4 minutes, or until the mushrooms are soft and slightly brown.

v. Push the veggies to one side of the pan and top with the prawns. Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.

vi. Recombine the sauce mixture, then pour it over the prawns and veggies in the skillet.

vii. Stir everything together and simmer for 2 minutes more, or until the sauce thickens and covers the prawns and mushrooms.

viii. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

ix. Overcooked rice or noodles, serve the prawns and mushroom stir-fry.
